Although the correct model designation of this machine is ST/m-0, most everyone seems to refer to it as an M-0 to avoid the confusion of thinking it's a self threader. The self threader version is ST-0H. This was the first Eiki to be sold in the USA starting in 1969. It was labelled as the "International" . This model went through several revisions and modifications, especially in the sound amp. We have the service manual, amplifyer schematics and service bulletins available to download. This model was eventually replaced by the "R" series, then the "N" series, the full size NT and SL and finally the Slim Line Series.
